Pathways2love Inc. was founded in August 2024 through the shared vision of Nicole Ridley Ashe and Carla Carney, who recognized the need for compassionate, community-centered support for individuals facing life's most challenging transitions. Inspired by the belief that love is the foundation for healing, hope, and opportunity, they created Pathways2love to serve as a bridge between people in need and the resources that can help them move forward.

We are dedicated to supporting individuals and families during pivotal moments in their lives. Whether it's assisting an unhoused individual with access to essential resources, helping a young person explore skilled trades, navigate the college application process, or connect with educational opportunities, we are committed to meeting people where they are and empowering them to build a brighter future.

What makes Pathways2love unique is our collaborative approach. We believe lasting change happens when communities work together. Rather than working alone, we partner with other nonprofit organizations, community leaders, schools, and local agencies to address critical issues such as gun violence prevention, reentry support, youth development, homelessness, and community safety.
